Can I track my progress and see where I am in a course?
You can always track your progress in a course by looking at the page numbers between your page navigation arrows. This will show you what page you are currently on and how many total pages there are in the course. You can also gauge your progress by the Table of Contents.How do you navigate a course?
You can page back and forth through a course by using the arrows at the top right and bottom right of the course window. You can jump directly to certain modules and sections of a course by clicking on the links in the Table of Contents on the left side of the course window.I've never taken a test online. How do the exams work?
Online tests are easy to take. Just click the button next to your answer. Once you have all your answers, click the submit button at the bottom of the exam or quiz. Your answers will be checked immediately and your results posted. For study questions, you will also get the correct answers for any ones you may have missed, as well as explanations. One hint: There are two types of answers - checkboxes (square) and radio buttons (round). Whenever you see the checkboxes, chances are that more than one answer may be correct!This is a really long course. Can I quit and come back?
Of course! All the courses are self-paced. You take the courses on your own time, at your own speed.To exit out of a course, just click on the Quit button. Once you exit a course, will be brought to your Course Transcript page in case you want to resume a different course.
To resume your course, click on the Course Transcript link to get a list of your courses, then click on the course you want to return to. You will be brought to the last page you were viewing before you left the course.
